Green curry Chicken with bottle gourd
Today again it market day for me. Go out shopping for restaurant by some vegetable look round market wow see something I very like to eat but don’t have it for long time it a bottle gourd pick one up it about one and half kilo 50 Rs. very cheap. Come back do some work about 2 o’clock my son weak up ask him .What you like to eat? Green curry him say to me I like to have Green curry . OK normally in green curry have to add eggplant but both of us don’t like it and don’t have in the market any way . That way I make it with bottle gourd.
Ingredients
500 ml coconut milk
50 g green curry paste
200 g chicken
60 g bottle gourd
10 g sweet basil leaves
Palm sugar
fish sauce
Fresh green or red chili
How to Cook
In a wok heat thick coconut milk over medium high heat for 3 minute stirring constantly until separates . Add green curry paste and fry until fragrant.
Add chicken and cook until meat is opaque on all sides .
Add thin coconut milk and bring to boil. Add bottle gourd and simmer until soft add palm sugar, fish sauce, basil leave, and green chili. Remove from heat and transfer
To serving bowl.
